Ingredients

  1. 1 (16 ounce)bag broccoli slaw
  2. 2 packagesramen noodles crushed (save seasoning packets)
  3. 1 bunchgreen onions sliced including some of the green
  4. 1 cupsalted cashew pieces
  5. 1 cupdried cranberries
  6. 1/2 cupoil (your preference type)
  7. 1/2 cupsugar
  8. 1/4 cuprice wine or cider vinegar
  9. 1/4 cupwater
  10. 1 teaspoonsoy sauce

Cooking Instructions

    In large salad bowl toss together broccoli slaw, green onions, cashews, dried cranberries, ramen noodles. (if you like crunchy noodles omit adding here and add right before serving)

    Add vinegar, sugar, soy sauce and seasoning packets to a blender and blend until sugar is dissolved (about a minute). Continue blending while slowly adding the oil. Pour over salad mixture and toss. Refrigerate a minimum of 1 hour (it only gets better with longer marinating time.)

    If you opted for crunchy noodles add right before serving. Toss to coat all ingredients.
