6 servings
  • 1 boxlemon cake mix
  • 1small box lemon instant pudding
  • 1/2 cupoil
  • 1 cupsprite (or water)
  • 4eggs
  • 1 cupconfectionery sugar
  • 2 tablespoonsmilk

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix tougher the box cake mix and instant pudding

  2. 2

    Add eggs oil and water (sprite)

  3. 3

    Pour in a loaf pan and cook 350 for 45-55 min

  4. 4

    Take loaf out and cool. Mix confectionery sugar and milk and pour over top of loaf
