An amazing variation of Lassi made by me with the frozen Bananas. An innovative twist to the long list of Fruity Lassi. Trust me on this one when I say that it's flavourful and overwhelmingly creamy and luscious.
Lassi or Indian Shake is a popular coolant that is loved by many people across the Globe. And nowadays it has gained popularity with an umpteen number of variations including many edible Fruits, Seeds, Dry Fruits etc.
Primarily the authentic Indian Lassi is a savoury beverage and not sweet. Meethi or Sweet Lassi was made as a lovely variation.

I had served this for Iftar as the fasting continues for the six days of the Month of Shawwal succeeding the Holy Month of Ramadan. And since the weather is hot and humid, this Lassi came as a saviour. A much needed creamy break.

Happy Fasting for the Month of Shawwal to all my dearest Muslim Chefs.

Enjoy No Cooking with Zeen!

Homemaker by choice and a passionate cook by heart. An aspiring cook who actually never knew anything about Cooking until i became a mother myself. With Motherhood came the responsibilities as well and this was the turning point in my life.I started to learn the ABC's of cooking, taking help from my mother and my MIL. And time just flew. I spread my wings higher and higher. With my love for excellence and innovation, i stepped into a world of homecooks with my exposure to Cookpad one fine day on the social media. And there was no looking back since then and i have not only shared recipes here on this wonderful platform but also have made some lovely friends as well. Today iam successful because of my hard work, dedication and loads of good wishes of my family and my kids in particular.
