Steps

Mix all the things except sugar candy & saffron water and cook it for 2 min in microwave.
Remove it and stir it & again cook it for 2 min in microwave.
Remove it in another bowl and let it cool down little.

Then grease your hand and knead it lightly.
Now make balls and stuff it with sugar candy. Close it nicely and press it little with your thumb.
Put it in paper cup and garnish it with saffron water.

Note :- You can stuff with crushed badam, pista, cardamom, dry rose petals, saffron, and a pinch of nutmeg, mace powder and sugar candy. Soak saffron a day before so you can get little thick water to garnish the "PEDA"
