This is my version of hot garlic sauce which is really very very hot 🔥🥵 & can be used in momos stuffing , for chat like bhel , Sev Puri , fried rice 🍚, Manchurian balls etc ,. This hot garlic sauce gives a zing to the dish . A little bit of this sauce makes a world of a difference to the dish .

Steps

Assemble all the ingredients. Peel garlic & remove the stalk from the Kashmiri red chillies.

Soak Kashmiri red chillies in hot water for 30 minutes.

Drain the water. Take red chillies, garlic & salt in a mixer jar. Add 1/4 cup water.

Grind to a fine paste. Take the hot garlic sauce in an airtight container & store it in the fridge for a week. Use as required.
