Assemble all ingredients
Soak Dalia for 15 minutes. Soak Moong dal for 4-5 hours. - 2
Put Dalia, Dal and veggies except tomato into pressure cooker and pressure cook to just 1-2 whistle only and immediately switch off flame and allow pressure to release by itself. Pressure cook in sufficient water.

In moderately heated pan add oil, allow to heat, add dry red chilli +bay leaf + paanch phoron + ginger and allow to crackle, then add Dalia along with veggies (Dalia mix) and give a good mix. Add turmeric powder. sugar and cook for 4-5 minutes, add warm water as required.
After cooling Dalia turns thick and dry so add water accordingly. - 4
Lastly add Ghee, stir well and dish is done.
Serve hot hot.
