In a sauce pan take water for boiling

Switch on the flame and boil noodles added with salt

Boil noodles till it's consistency should be aldante

Switch off the flame and take it out the noodles in sieve or a hole the basket
And shower child water on it so the noodles will not stick with each other

Cut all the vegetables

Now take another sauce pan or kadai added with oil

When oil get heated add green chilli and onion saute it for sometime

Add capsicum and carrot chopped

Saute it for sometime now add chilli sauce soya sauce vinegar

After sauted for sometimes add boiled noodles

Mix all the ingredients properly add coriander leaves and black pepper powder

Cook for 5 minutes and switch off the flame

And years udon noodles are ready to serve
