Ingredients

  1. 2 lb.boneless chicken breast sliced
  2. 1-2 lbpork belly
  3. 1 pieceonion chopped
  4. 6 clovesgarlic crushed
  5. 1thumb ginger minced
  6. 5 piecesThai chili pepper chopped
  7. 1tomato sliced
  8. 4 cupscoconut milk
  9. 2 pieceKnorr Chicken Cube
  10. 2 tablespoonbagoong alamang
  11. 2 piecesSerrano chili sliced
  12. 1 cupgreen beans
  13. 3 tablespoonscooking oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare all ingredients. Heat oil in cooking pot and add pork belly. Cook until pork belly is completely cooked. Take it out of the pan and set aside.

    Heat oil in a cooking pot. Saute garlic, onion, and ginger. Once the onion softens, add chicken. Stir and cook until chicken turns light brown. Add the pork back in the pot and add the thai chili and tomato.

    Pour-in coconut milk and cream. Let boil. Add Knorr Chicken Cube. Continue to cook between low to medium heat until the coconut milk and cream reduces to half.

    Add bagoong alamang, green peppers and green beans. Cover and cook for 2 minutes. Transfer to a serving bowl. Serve! Share and enjoy!
