Ingredients

  1. 2 (14.5 oz)cans stewed tomatoes
  2. 1 (6 oz)can tomato paste
  3. 4tbsp chopped parsley
  4. 1 clovegarlic minced
  5. 1 tspdries oregano
  6. 1 tspsalt
  7. 1/4 tspblack pepper
  8. 6 tbspolive oil
  9. 1/3 cupdiced onion
  10. 1/2 cupwhite wine

Cooking Instructions

    Food process until smooth: stewed tomatoes, tomato paste, parsley, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper.

    In large skillet over medium heat as ite onion in olive oil for 2 mins. Add sauce and white wine.

    Simmer for 30 mins stirring occasionally.
