In a bowl, beat 1 tbsp lemon juice with egg

In a large pan, heat olive oil. Dip the chicken in the lemon/egg mixture and cook the coated chicken pieces for about 5 minutes lb each side.

In a small bowl, combine paprika onion powder, salt, garlic powder and parsley with the training 2 tbsp of lemon juice. Pour into pan.

Cover and let simmer for 20 minutes; turning chicken pieces over after 10 minutes.
