Ingredients

  • 1tuber of yam
  • pepper
  • salt
  • cubesMaggi
  • stockfish
  • ugwu vegetable
  • palm oil
  • cray fish
  • onions

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice yams, peel and boil till soft

  2. 2

    Add pepper

  3. 3

    Add salt and Maggi to taste

  4. 4

    Add palm oil and crayfish

  5. 5

    Put d stock fish and add more water

  6. 6

    Sprinkle the vegetables

  7. 7

    Allow to simmer for some time then garnish with onions
