1 packspinach (approx.200g)
1 clovegarlic
approx. doses of salt, black pepper and Chinese pepper

①cook shredded garlic with using oiled pan until aromatic.

②add５cm cut spinach and saute until wilted and add salt.

③finally, adjust the seasoning with black pepper and Chinese pepper.
