I'm Indian so has spices. I personally like them. Feel free to not add the spices tho.

I'm Indian so has spices. I personally like them. Feel free to not add the spices tho.

Wash and thinly slice potatoes using a round potato slicer of some sort. Drain moisture from potatoes using paper towels.

Mix the milk, cream, spices, garlic, salt and pepper together in a bowl.

In an oven safe dish, spread out some potatoes and then pour in some of the milk mixture. Repeat this until both are finished.

Cook the gratin in the oven at 180C for 1 hour or until cooked.

Put the cheese on top 10 minutes before the gratin has finished cooking.
