I wrote this recipe more or less to what I think the amounts are because I just estimated. I don't usually measure when I'm not following a recipe if that makes any sense. Hope you enjoy.

Place 2 TBS oil, bell pepper, onion to sauté for about 5 minutes.

Add meat and brown for about 10-15 minutes covered on medium heat stirring occasionally.

Add about 2-3 cups of water. Let it simmer on medium heat for another 10-15 minutes covered stirring occasionally.

Add garlic powder, cumin, salt, pepper, tomato sauce and Knorr. Let it simmer for about 10-15 minutes covered stirring occasionally.

While the meat is simmering, heat 2 TBS oil in a small sauté pan and add flour over medium-low heat. Stir the flour and oil constantly until the flour turns a light golden brown. (About 5 minutes) Add to the meat and continue to simmer for about another 10-15 minutes covered stirring occasionally.

Ready to serve.
