Add your butter, cream cheese, and half your milk mixture. Mash in.

Add the rest of your milk mix. Stir to combine garlic salt, pepper

Add to your baking dish. Cover and refrigerate till ready to eat. Remove cover, Bake at 375 for 35 minutes. Should be creamy, if center is hard and just warm, stir to mix. Add more minutes to finish.
