Cut the pork tenderloin into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.

Mix ○ (flour and curry powder) and coat the pork tenderloin. Sear both sides and transfer to a plate.

In the same pan, add ● ingredients and bring to a boil. Add the pork back in and quickly coat it with the sauce. Serve immediately on top of shredded cabbage.
