We often eat bread for breakfast on weekends, so I like to try different variations. Croquette sandwiches are a classic in our home.
We've always made them with our favorite deli croquettes.

Mix the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard together. Toast the bread.

Warm the croquettes in the microwave or toaster oven, then coat them with the sauce mixture.

Spread mayonnaise on the toasted bread.

Add the shredded cabbage on top.

Place the sauced croquettes from step 2 on the cabbage, then top with the other slice of bread.

Cut the sandwich in half and serve.
