1 cupsugar
4 tbspheaped s.r. flour
1 dashsalt
6 tbsplevel cocoa powder
200 gramsdark choc - or milk (chilled is easier to process)
4eggs

pre heat oven 180-190

blitz first 5 ingredients in processor, then add 4 eggs one at a time.

pour into greased paper lined slice tin
4

sprinkle with nuts, fruit, Choc etc or small amt of zest and press into mixture

cook for approx 30-35 mins
