Ingredients

12 servings
  • 250 gramsbutter
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 4 tbspheaped s.r. flour
  • 1 dashsalt
  • 6 tbsplevel cocoa powder
  • 200 gramsdark choc - or milk (chilled is easier to process)
  • 4eggs

Steps

  1. 1

    pre heat oven 180-190

  2. 2

    blitz first 5 ingredients in processor, then add 4 eggs one at a time.

  3. 3

    pour into greased paper lined slice tin

  4. 4

    sprinkle with nuts, fruit, Choc etc or small amt of zest and press into mixture

  5. 5

    cook for approx 30-35 mins
