Ingredients

Serves 2 servings
  • 2 slicessandwich bread (thick-cut, about 6-slice pack)
  • 2croquettes
  • 1 cupshredded cabbage (about 1/4 small head)
  • 2 tablespoonsketchup
  • 2 tablespoonsWorcestershire sauce
  • 1small amount prepared mustard (from a tube or bottle)
  • as neededMayonnaise,

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard together. Toast the bread.

    Warm the croquettes in the microwave or toaster oven, then coat them with the sauce mixture.

    Spread mayonnaise on the toasted bread.

    Add the shredded cabbage on top.

    Place the sauced croquettes from step 2 on the cabbage, then top with the other slice of bread.
