  • 22 ouncesBrussel Sprout
  • 1/4 cupwater
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • 1/4 poundhog jowls
  • 1/2 teaspoongranulated garlic powder

Steps

    In a pan render the jowls fat

    Add spices, and onion cover and simmering on low for 15 minutes

    Continue cooking for 15 minutes stirring occasionally.

    Add water stirring often. Let sit 10 minutes serve. I hope you enjoy!
