Combine the sukiyaki donburi sauce, water, and pork cutlet in a pan and heat.

Once it comes to a gentle boil, remove just the pork cutlet and place it on top of a bowl of rice.

Add the green onion to the remaining sauce and simmer briefly.

When the green onion is cooked, pour in the beaten egg, then pour the mixture over the pork cutlet. Serve immediately.
