Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 2 lbslean hamburger
  2. 1/4lg onion, diced
  3. 1 tspmccormicks Montreal steak seasoning
  4. 1 tspchili powder
  5. 1 tbschopped chives
  6. 1 tbsgarlic powder
  7. 1/2 cupseasoned bread crumbs
  8. 1 tspcurry powder
  9. 1 tbsred wine vinegar
  10. 2 tbsstone ground mustard
  11. 2 tbsbbq sauce
  12. 2eggs
  13. 10 Ozcheese whiz, or other cheese sauce

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all ingredients except cheese in a large mixing bowl

    Line a baking pan with foil. Grease.

    Take half the mixture and place in pan. Make a bowl in the middle for the cheese.

    Fill with cheese

    Form the rest of the meat into a large patty. Cover the top and seal the edges.

    Bake at 375 until internal temp reaches 165.

    I served with mashed potatoes and Texas toast.

cooking is a passion of mine. I started when I was very young and I had to drag a milk crate around to see over the counter. taught by a career cook (my grandmother ). I have always tried to push the boundaries of conventional cooking. I prefer cooking wild game. when I can get my hands on it, but fish is more readily available for me. I raise and butcher most of the livestock that I use for my conventional recipes. I hope everyone can find a few recipes they like in my list.
