Malai Soya

I love soya chunks and so does my daughter. I keep trying new recipes and different methods of preparation of this ingredient, which is absolutely healthy and tasty. Malai soya is a rich creamy gravy perfect to be had with phulka, or naan. It even tastes delicious with ghee rice. When guests arrive this could be a quick and easy curry to think of. So here is how to make this interesting dish without much hassle.
