Easy Pan-Fried Edamame Cheese Spring Rolls

Just wrap the filling in spring roll wrappers and pan-fry! Great as a snack for drinks at home or as a small side dish for dinner. Kids love the flavor, so they're perfect for lunchboxes too. Recipe inspiration: I tried recreating a bar snack idea I saw at an izakaya.

Steps
- 1
Cut the spring roll wrappers in half to make rectangles. Cut each cheese slice into quarters (rectangles).
- 2
Place two pieces of cheese, slightly overlapping, on each wrapper. Line up about 10 edamame beans on top of the cheese.
- 3
Roll up like a regular spring roll, folding in the sides as you go. Seal the edge with the flour-water mixture.
- 4
Heat oil in a deep skillet to about 350°F (180°C). Pan-fry the rolls until golden, turning halfway through.
- 5
Serve with ketchup, salt, or your favorite condiments.
