Combine egg & dry ingredients

Add beer until batter is pancake batter consistency

Use 1/2 cup AL Flour to dredge protein in before placing in batter.

Dredge protein in flour, shake off excess flour.

Place in batter, coat well on both side, let excess drip before placing in hot oil.

Place battered protein in 350 hot oil, frying on both sides, about 2 minutes per side.

Drain on paper towel

Salt while hot
