Ingredients

Serves 4 servings
  1. 4-5sausages
  2. 2medium potatoes
  3. 1/2carrot
  4. 1/2medium onion
  5. 1 clovegarlic (minced)
  6. 1 tablespoonolive oil
  7. 1 2/3 cupswater (400 ml)
  8. 2consommé cubes
  9. 1 teaspoonherb salt
  10. 1 tablespoonsugar
  11. Black pepper to taste
  12. 1bay leaf
  13. 1 candiced tomatoes (with juice)

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the vegetables into roughly 1/2-inch cubes. Slice the sausages into 1/4-inch rounds.

    Add olive oil to a pot and sauté the garlic, then add the chopped ingredients and sauté.

    Add water and the ingredients marked with ✩, and simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes.

    Add the canned tomatoes, bring to a boil, then simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes.

    Once it thickens, it's ready to serve!

    If you have leftovers, reduce it the next day and use it as a sauce over scrambled eggs.
