Ingredients

Serves 2 servings
  • 4 oz (120 g)sashimi-grade tuna
  • 2-3 tablespoonsyakiniku sauce
  • 1 teaspoonsesame oil
  • 2 bowlscooked rice
  • Chopped green onions, to taste
  • 2egg yolks
  • Korean seaweed (gim), to taste
  • About 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds

Steps

    Cut the tuna into bite-sized pieces. Mix with 1 tablespoon of yakiniku sauce and the sesame oil, then let it sit for a while.

    Scoop the rice into bowls and drizzle 1 tablespoon of yakiniku sauce over each.

  3. 3

    Top the rice with the tuna, green onions, egg yolks, Korean seaweed, and toasted sesame seeds. Enjoy!
