preheat cooker to 400

in a small frying pan sauteed onion and bacon together for 5 to 7 minutes

add garlic sauteed for 30 seconds

drain bacon grease, keep
- 5
add beans, brown sugar, maple syrup,BBQ sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and yellow mustard in bacon onion mixture

with a pairing knife, slice off each top of peppers, core out seeds, veins and core
- 7
fill each pepper with 3/4 cup of bean mixture
- 8
place peppers on void side of grill, close like cook over indirect heat for 50 minutes
