Peel the avocado, remove the pit, and cut it into small cubes about 1/2 inch. Place in a bowl and mix with mayonnaise and soy sauce.

Place cheese and the avocado mixture from step 1 on the bread slices and toast them.

Once the cheese and avocado are golden brown, it's ready!
