These are the only ingredients you need this time. When cutting the daikon, it's best not to make it too thick or too thin. Pre-boil the konjac if necessary.

Pre-boil the daikon. Put the daikon in a pot, add enough water to cover, add the dashi stock, and cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes. This is important!

Put the chicken thigh in a frying pan and sauté until the surface changes color slightly, then add the konjac and daikon.
