Ingredients

Serves 2 servings
  • 2 tablespoons◆vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons◆soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon◆kombu dashi (kelp stock)
  • 1 tablespoon◆sugar
  • 1 dash◆sesame oil
  • Plenty of ground sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoonsmayonnaise

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine the vinegar, soy sauce, kombu dashi, sesame oil, and sugar in a bowl. Microwave at 500 watts for about 1 1/2 minutes.

  2. 2

    Add the mayonnaise and whisk with a small whisk until the sugar dissolves.

  3. 3

    Add the ground sesame seeds and mix well to finish.

2016年現在4歳男子のパパ。朝食、お弁当、夕食をよく作るので、自分のメモとしてレシピを残し始めました。料理のモットーは「料理が出来上がった時には調理器具が全て洗いあがってる」基本、子供でも食べられるように唐辛子や胡椒を控えて、どうしても必要な時には最後に別鍋などで加えます。しかしなにぶん全て我流なもので、何かアドヴァイスなど頂ける方はよろしくお願いしますm(__)m
