Grill the salmon.

Add the ingredients marked with * (light soy sauce, mirin, salt) to the bonito broth and bring to a boil.

Scoop rice into bowls and top with flaked salmon. Pour the hot broth over the top.

Sprinkle with nori, green onions, and sesame seeds as desired.
