Ingredients

Serves 4 servings
  • 4 bowlscooked rice
  • 1fillet salted salmon (preferably extra salty)
  • 3 1/3 cupsbonito broth (about 800 ml)
  • 1 tablespoonlight soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoonmirin
  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  • Roasted seaweed (nori), to taste
  • Chopped green onions, to taste
  • Toasted white sesame seeds, to taste

Steps

    Grill the salmon.

  2. 2

    Add the ingredients marked with * (light soy sauce, mirin, salt) to the bonito broth and bring to a boil.

  3. 3

    Scoop rice into bowls and top with flaked salmon. Pour the hot broth over the top.

  4. 4

    Sprinkle with nori, green onions, and sesame seeds as desired.
