Ingredients

1 sliceSliced bread
Egg Mixture
1Egg
40 mlof each Amazake, Milk
1 tbspSugar
1Honey
1Vegetable oil

Steps

Mix together the egg mixture ingredients well. Soak the bread in the mixture for about 15 minutes.

Heat up a frying pan with some vegetable oil in it. Fry until golden brown, turn the bread over, cover with a lid, and fry the other side.
