1Sliced bread (2cm thick)
100 mlMilk
1Egg
2 tbspor more Sugar
1 sliceMelting type cheese
1Butter (or margarine)
1 dashPowdered sugar to finish
1Maple syrup to finish

Quarter the bread.

Thoroughly whisk the milk, egg, and sugar.

Soak the quartered bread into the mixture.

Heat a frying pan with butter, and cook the bread.

Toast the bread on both sides until browned.

Sandwich the cheese between the bread and it's done. These are also tasty with the cheese placed on the bread, and grilled to a crisp with the cheese side face down.

Sprinkle powdered sugar to taste. They're also great with maple syrup.
