Ingredients

2servings
  1. 1 packhanpen (puffy cake made of ground fish)
  2. 100 mlwater
  3. 2 tablespoonssoysauce
  4. 2 teaspoonssugar
  5. 2 teaspoonssweet sake (mirin)
  6. 3 gdashi powder
  7. potato starch

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut hanpen into 4 pieces.Sprinkle potato starch on the surface of hanpen.

  2. 2

    Combine all seasonings in a small bowl.

  3. 3

    Heat the oil in a fryng pan and fry the pieces of hanpen until it becomes golden blown.

  4. 4

    Pour seasonings (step4) in a frying pan and simmer for 3minutes. It's done!
