Steps
- 1
Crush your choice of nuts in a food processor. (This time, use 1/2 cup each of almonds and walnuts)
- 2
Pour coconut oil and maple syrup over the oatmeal and mix well.
- 3
Add the crushed nuts and mix together.
- 4
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly without overlapping.
- 5
Bake in a preheated oven at 300°F (150°C) for 30 to 35 minutes. Stir occasionally to ensure even drying.
- 6
Once done, mix again and spread out, leaving it in the oven. If it's fully dried, take it out immediately!
- 7
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with dried fruit. (This time, use raisins)
- 8
Once completely cooled, store in an airtight container and it's ready!
