Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsoatmeal
  2. 2 tablespoonscoconut oil or olive oil
  3. 2-3 tablespoonsmaple syrup
  4. 1 cupalmonds or walnuts, etc
  5. 1/2 cupdried fruit
