Tear the pita bread into pieces and soak them with the chickpea cooking water.

Mix the tahini until thick, then add the yogurt. Mash the garlic and add it to the mixture along with a pinch of salt and a squeeze of lemon juice.

Pour the mixture over the bread and stir to combine all the ingredients. Top with chickpeas, almonds, cashews, ground beef, parsley, and fried pita bread.

Heat the ghee and drizzle it over the fatteh. This step is optional.
