Turn instant ramen into a refreshing salad. The fluffy potatoes and the texture of edamame make a great combination.

Cook the instant ramen noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.

Peel the potato and cut it into bite-sized cubes. Boil until tender, then drain.

Boil the edamame until just tender but still firm. Drain, then remove the beans from the pods.

Scramble the egg. Cut the fried fish cake into bite-sized pieces.

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Serve with your choice of dressing, such as sesame, plum, or yuzu.
