Ingredients

  1. 1 headbroccoli
  2. 1 tablespoonor to taste salted kombu
  3. 1/2 tablespoonsesame oil
  4. To taste ground white sesame seeds
  5. Optional (salt and black pepper)

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the broccoli and cut it into small pieces.

    Boil water in a pot and add a pinch of salt (not listed in ingredients).
    Place the broccoli stems down into the pot and boil.
    (About 2 minutes)

    Once boiled, drain the water using a colander, then return the broccoli to the pot.

    In the pot, mix the boiled broccoli, salted kombu, sesame oil, and ground white sesame seeds.
    Add salt and black pepper to taste.

    It's ready to serve♪
