Cook the lamb in a skillet over medium heat.

When the surface of the meat changes color, add the bean sprouts and continue stir-frying.

Once the bean sprouts have softened, remove them from the pan and set aside.

Continue stir-frying the meat until it develops a nice sear.

Serve the bean sprouts and lamb over bowls of steamed rice. Top with a little grated garlic and green onions if you like. Enjoy!

You can also add mayonnaise or a sprinkle of chili powder for extra flavor when eating.
