Steps
- 1
Remove excess fat from the chicken thighs and cut into bite-sized pieces. Rub with the ● ingredients and set aside.
- 2
Cut the broccoli into small florets and steam in the microwave. (About 2 minutes at 600W) You can also use a microwave-safe dish covered with plastic wrap.
- 3
Combine the ◎ ingredients and set aside.
- 4
Heat sesame oil in a pan and arrange the chicken pieces so they don't overlap.
- 5
Do not touch immediately; let them cook until browned.
- 6
Once the chicken is halfway cooked, turn them over while breaking them apart.
- 7
When the chicken is almost cooked through, add the broccoli. Once everything is coated in oil, add the ◎ mixture and stir together.
- 8
Add black pepper to taste, and it's ready to serve!
