Golden Ratio Soup: Salt Chanko Nabe

This is our family's golden ratio for a delicious hot pot that makes any vegetables taste great. It doesn't use soy sauce, so the flavor stays fresh. You can make it with seasonings you already have at home—no need for store-bought hot pot soup base!
About this recipe:
This hot pot is a great way to eat lots of vegetables. Unlike store-bought soup bases, you can make as much as you want with ingredients from your pantry, and everyone can enjoy plenty of soup. Even if you usually prefer water-based hot pots with ponzu, you'll love this one!
