Cut the chicken and mix with vinegar, garlic, salt, shawarma spice, oil, and other ingredients. Marinate the shawarma for at least four hours.

Now start with the dough. Mix the flour, yeast, sugar, salt, oil, and warm water. Knead for at least 15 minutes until the dough is firm and non-sticky. Let it rise for at least an hour.

Roll out the dough.

Heat a skillet and cook the dough on it until done.

Cook the shawarma in the skillet until done. Add garlic, vegetables, your favorite fried potatoes, or anything you like. Wrap the bread and grill it.
