This is a simple sautéed pork tenderloin recipe. Recipe Background: I often use tenderloin because I don't like fatty meat. I change up the sauce to keep it interesting.

This is a simple sautéed pork tenderloin recipe. Recipe Background: I often use tenderloin because I don't like fatty meat. I change up the sauce to keep it interesting.
Steps

Cut the pork tenderloin into slices about 1cm thick and pound them with the back of a knife.

Coat the pork slices with flour and shake off any excess.

Add olive oil and sliced garlic to a frying pan and heat. Once fragrant, remove the garlic and add the pork slices.

Once the pork is browned, add the ingredients marked with ☆ and coat the pork evenly. Serve on a plate and garnish with the garlic you set aside in step 3.
