  • 1 bowlcooked rice (about 3/4 cup or 150 grams)
  • About 1/2 small packet katsuobushi (bonito flakes)
  • 1 tablespoonmentsuyu (Japanese noodle soup base)
  • 1 teaspoontoasted sesame oil

Steps

    Mix the hot cooked rice with the bonito flakes, mentsuyu, and sesame oil.

    That’s it! (Enjoy!)
