Healthy and Delicious Tofu Cutlets
With squid and tofu, the inside is fluffy while the outside is crispy and light because they're pan-fried. You can enjoy them easily!

Drain the tofu to remove excess water.

Finely chop the onion and carrot, and place them in a bowl.

Add the drained tofu and squid to a food processor and blend until smooth.

Add the mixture from step 3 and the okara to the bowl from step 2. Mix well, then season with chicken bouillon powder, salt, and pepper.

Shape the mixture into squares, spread mayonnaise around the outside, and coat with panko breadcrumbs.

Pan-fry the cutlets in enough oil to cover them halfway, until golden and crispy.

Serve with lemon, sauce, or a mix of mayonnaise and ketchup if you like.
