Heat some oil in a pan. Pour the egg whites into the pan and scramble until cooked through (being sure not to chop up the eggs in the pan). Add a pinch of salt for some flavouring.

Cut open the breakfast roll - feel free to toast it first.

Then assembly the brie, egg whites, smoked salmon, and spinach onto the roll. Enjoy!
