  1. 1 piecesalmon
  2. salt and pepper
  3. 1 tspminced garlic
  4. 1 tbspwhite wine
  5. 1 tspolive oil
  6. 1 tspCajun seasoning (optional)
  7. asparagus
  8. 1serving steamed rice
  9. cherry tomatoes
  10. zest and juice of 1 lemon
  11. 1 cupcream or white sauce (bechamel)

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Marinate the salmon with salt, pepper, garlic, white wine, Cajun seasoning, and lemon zest.

    Bake at 300°F (150°C) for 15 minutes until tender.

  3. 3

    For the citrus sauce, reuse the cooking juices from the salmon, add cream or bechamel sauce, a few drops of lemon juice, season, and serve hot.
